Terms and Conditions – Kodali Elite Suites
Welcome to Kodali Elite Suites! By making a reservation, using our website, or staying at our property, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking Policy
Reservation Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed only after receiving a booking confirmation email or SMS from Kodali Elite Suites.
Payment: Guests can pay online during booking or opt to pay at check-in. Partial payments may be required for group reservations.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will incur a 50% charge.
- No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
2. Check-In and Check-Out Policy
Check-In Time: 12:00 PM
Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Guest Responsibilities
Valid ID: All guests must provide a valid government-issued photo ID upon check-in.
Property Use: Guests are expected to maintain the property and report any damages immediately. Costs for damages may be charged to the guest.
Noise and Disturbances: Guests are requested to respect other residents by minimizing noise, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM to 7:00 AM).
4. Property Rules
Occupancy Limits: The maximum number of guests per accommodation must not exceed the stated capacity. Extra guests will incur additional charges.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas. Designated smoking zones are available.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
Prohibited Activities: Illegal activities, weapons, and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited on the property.
5. Liability
Kodali Elite Suites is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of guests’ personal belongings.
Guests are liable for any damages caused to the property during their stay.
6. Privacy Policy
Kodali Elite Suites respects your privacy. Personal data collected during the booking process is used solely for reservation purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
7. Force Majeure
Kodali Elite Suites is not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Kodali Elite Suites reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Guests will be notified of significant changes before their stay.
